Job Title: Senior SharePoint & Quality Systems Specialist (1 Number)

Summary

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint & Quality Systems Specialist with 5 years of experience in managing enterprise SharePoint applications, quality tracking systems, and software repositories. The role involves administering multiple SharePoint-based quality and tracking platforms, ensuring data integrity, enabling insightful reporting through Power BI, and supporting quality assurance and control processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint environments, including:
    • Quality SharePoint
    • Universal Tracking System
    • Waivers SharePoint Application
    • Pre-Birth SharePoint Application
  • Manage and support Deviation and Release Tracking Tool (ERTT) workflows for quality and compliance tracking.
  • Oversee PPAP Waiver processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Administer Visual SVN repositories, ensuring version control and secure access.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for quality metrics, release tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Manage Office 365 integrations to enhance collaboration and document control.
  • Ensure system uptime, user access management, and license compliance for all assigned applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and Office 365 ecosystem management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with repository management using Visual SVN or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with deviation tracking, release management, and waiver processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and ensure seamless integration between systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with PPAP processes and automotive or manufacturing quality standards.
  • Experience in workflow automation within SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks for document and quality management systems.
