The Operations Head will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This role will involve managing teams, driving process improvements, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire execution of orders and meeting key performance indicators as set up by the management. To work in tremendous joint coordination to achieve the same.
- Ensure smooth running of all the functions and operations from availability of resources, timely planning, effective production, no compromise on quality and competitive cost to ensure optimal profitability of the factory.
- Contribute to the development of the organization's strategy and provide advice / direction to the management on all aspects related to operations & production at the factory, develop & implement organization-wide management strategies to facilitate organizational objectives, whilst contributing to other areas as and when needed.
- Daily monitor and review the Unit performance targets against Build up plans, daily consolidation of Unit/s contribution to the budgeted plans, considering efficiencies, bottle necks and change overs, and work with the teams to ensure budgeted targets are achieved.
- To direct and ensure the proper management of all operations in the areas of production, Operations and Quality assurance
- Be always on top continuously evaluate, minimize complexities, optimize, improve processes and quality. Be responsible for compiling and putting in place annual Manpower budget and closely reviewing budgets to keep in line with the plan
- Manage customer complaints and alerts to conduct failure analysis to provide corrective action plan and monitoring procedure.
- Maintain and monitor the ongoing Factory Evaluation to ensure the compliance with technical capability and product safety practices at suppliers meeting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in Operations with Garment manufacturing companies.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated and result-driven individual.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive strategic business objectives.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving excellence
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify innovative solutions.
