Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Role Description located in Bengaluru. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, developing strategies to increase ROI, conducting keyword research, analyzing web analytics, and creating performance reports. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns, testing different ad copy, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure integrated marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Research and analyze client business, products, and competitors.
  • Define campaign goals (leads, sales, brand awareness).
  • Choose campaign types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).

Campaign Setup

  • Keyword research (using tools like Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
  • Create ad copies with strong headlines and CTAs.
  • Build ad groups, extensions (sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets).
  • Setup conversion tracking (via Google Tag Manager, GA4).

Optimization

  • Monitor CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversions.
  • Negative keyword management to avoid irrelevant clicks.
  • A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Adjusting budgets & bids for best ROI.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • ROI & ROAS tracking.
  • Insights & recommendations for scaling campaigns.
