Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Cash Handling & POS Operations

  • Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, card, digital).
  • Ensure correct billing and provide receipts to customers.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized.
  • Sanitize tables, utensils, and equipment regularly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Follow instructions from managers and shift supervisors.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and support teammates.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
