JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for assisting Team Lead - Mid Office Support in trade execution, transaction monitoring, and MIS reporting to support smooth mid-office operations.

Responsibilities

Team Member - Mid Office Support - O3

Trade Execution & Processing:

  • Assist in executing trades under the supervision of the Team Lead.
  • Ensure trade confirmations are received and reconciled with broker statements.
  • Verify payment settlements and monitor fund movements.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate MIS updates for all executed trades.
  • Support in preparing reports on trade status, execution performance, and risk assessment.
  • Assist in documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance reviews.

Operational Support & Compliance:

  • Ensure all transactions adhere to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in addressing transactional discrepancies and resolving operational issues.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in trade execution and reporting.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in commerce with Finance specialization.
