JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Firmware Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing firmware for embedded and IoT devices, with a strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and RF communication systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in firmware development for embedded systems
  • Proficiency in embedded C/C++ and real-time firmware development
  • Strong experience with microcontrollers and interfacing sensors and peripherals
  • Solid understanding of signal processing, especially in the context of RF systems
  • Experience in developing firmware for RF communication protocols and signal handling
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and wireless communication (BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Experience with debugging tools such as vna, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG
  • Experience with RTOS-based development
  • Knowledge of low-power design considerations for battery-operated devices
  • Familiarity with over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates
  • Prior experience in developing commercial embedded or IoT products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and troubleshoot complex embedded systems issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
