Assistant Manager Accounts

The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, finalization of accounts, and supporting the CA/Higher Authority in financial reporting and audits. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to guide a small team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations).
- Assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Financial Control & Analysis
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.
- Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis.
- Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors/CA.
- Team Supervision
- Guide and review work of junior accountants/executives.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of Handling Ecommerce Accounting.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on with Tally ERP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
