Remote Assistant HR Executive, Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the restaurant.
- Building and maintaining strong guest relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handling back-office administration tasks.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of restaurant activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
- Working independently and taking ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Provide outstanding customer service via calls, emails, chat and messages and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and guest relationship management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, adhering to Netherlands' work timings.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

This is a remote position, and the candidate should be equipped to work independently, demonstrating strong communication skills and adaptability. Reliable and uninterrupted network and internet connectivity at your workplace is mandatory

Work schedule: 8 hours + 30 mins break, 6 days a week
