Project Associate – Electrical (CPWD Projects)

Location: All Kerala | Company: Vibjuti InfraTech | Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Vibjuti InfraTech is hiring experienced Electrical Engineers to lead and coordinate CPWD (Central Public Works Department) project works across Kerala. If you have a strong background in site execution and CPWD standards, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise & monitor electrical installations – HT/LT cabling, lighting, earthing, panels, fire alarm & communication systems.
  • Coordinate with CPWD Engineers (AE/JE) for inspections, approvals & work certifications.
  • Review drawings, BOQ & tender specifications.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors & vendors.
  • Handle site documentation – MB entries, DPR, progress & billing support.
  • Ensure compliance with CPWD norms, IS codes & HSE standards.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning & troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in CPWD / PWD / Govt. electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CPWD specs & BOQ handling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & site reporting.
  • Excellent leadership & coordination skills.
  • Electrical Supervisor License (preferred).
