Work Model: Hybrid (1 week WFO + 3 weeks WFH)

Experience Required: Total 5+ years (Minimum 3 years in OutSystems development)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to join our team in Satna. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and proven expertise in building and maintaining applications on the OutSystems low-code platform. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and can lead technical discussions and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using OutSystems platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs as required.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of total software development experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems (Reactive & Traditional Web, Mobile).
  • Strong understanding of low-code architecture, application lifecycle, and OutSystems best practices.
  • Experience with database design, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • OutSystems certifications (Associate/Professional Developer) are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
