Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    site preparation
    ,
    excavation
    , and
    foundation work
    for ground-mounted solar structures
  • Supervise
    civil construction activities
    including RCC works, trenching, cable laying, fencing, and road development
  • Ensure
    quality control
    and adherence to
    design specifications
    , safety norms, and timelines
  • Coordinate with
    vendors
    ,
    contractors
    , and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain
    daily progress reports
    ,
    material records
    , and
    site documentation
  • Support in
    surveying
    ,
    leveling
    , and layout marking using basic instruments
  • Assist in
    site handover
    ,
    punch list closure
    , and final civil work audits

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 0–2 years of experience in site execution (solar or infrastructure projects preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of
    AutoCAD
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and
    civil drawings
  • Strong understanding of
    construction materials
    ,
    methods
    , and
    site safety
  • Willingness to work in
    remote project locations
    and adapt to field conditions
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
