About the role:

As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their

international educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding

students academic aspirations, providing personalised counselling to them and

recommending suitable educational pathways.

The charter for this role will include:

  1. Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested in

studying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals.

  1. Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academic

achievements, and interests.

  1. Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and

programs that align with their academic and personal interests.

  1. Provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout the application

process, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently.

  1. Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students

through the required documentation and application procedures.

  1. Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events to

promote study abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students.

Ideal Persona would:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively

engage with students from diverse backgrounds.

  1. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs and

aspirations and build rapport effectively.

Location: Jaipur

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Weekoff: 6 days of working, Sunday fixed off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹37,500.00 per month
