Role : Associate software Engineer

Job location : Bangalore

Experience : 0-1 year

Primary Skills:

  1. Proficient understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases.

  2. Strong command of Unified Modeling Language (UML) for designing software architectures and solutions.

  3. Hands-on experience with programming languages like C, C++, and Java for software development tasks.

  4. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and V-Model for software development processes.

  5. In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux (RHEL).

  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.

  7. Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for ensuring software quality and reliability.

  8. Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell and Batch for automation tasks.

  9. A strong desire to optimize activities through automation.

  10. Ability to handle customer-facing roles, understand client requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

  11. Strong presentation, public speaking, and logical reasoning skills for effective communication and problem-solving.

Secondary Skills:

  1. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing code repositories and collaboration.

  2. Understanding of software design patterns and their applications in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions.

  3. Knowledge of software modeling and design tools like Enterprise Architect, Rational Software Architect, Magic Draw, Rhapsody, or similar.

  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project success.

  6. Continual learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical fields like Computer Science or Information Systems.

· Desired Qualification: Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  1. Eligible Batch:

· 2025 graduates

· 2024 graduates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience or completion of a technical certification course with a duration of at least 6 months between 2024 and 2025.

3) Presentation round ( Face to Face )

4) Managerial round ( Face to Face)

5) HR interview
