Key Details About the Position

● Entity name: Rupantar, Sri Aurobindo Society

● Position: Implementation Trainer

● Scope of Work: A dynamic mix of subject expertise and content creation .

● Location: Delhi

● Office Timings: 09:00 am to 5.30 pm + Minimum 20 days of chain travelling all over India.

Responsibilities

● Developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers.

● Designing and updating training materials, curriculum, and resources.

● Observing classroom instruction and providing constructive feedback to teachers.

● Collaborating with school administrators to identify training needs and priorities.

● Staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends, research, and best practices.

● Providing ongoing support and mentoring to teachers as they implement new strategies.

● Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a teacher with a strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and professional development practices.
  • Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
