Role Overview

We are looking for a Research Operations Executive who will ensure, extract and maintain all issuer data, bond information, news and market insights are accurate, timely, and insightful. This role combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of the Indian debt market and Financial Documents.

Key Responsibilities

Issuer & Bond Research

  • Maintain and update information for all issuers on the SMEST platform (financials, Ratios, Issuer Pros and Cons, Shareholding Pattern, company updates and many more).
  • Update Information Memorandums (IMs) and Rating Rationales for bonds.
  • Track and summarize quarterly and annual results, news releases, and regulatory filings.

Market Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track RBI Monetary Policy, macroeconomic developments, and market movements impacting fixed-income securities.
  • Create concise market reports, commentaries, and newsletters summarizing major policy or market events.
  • Stay informed on corporate bond issuances, yield trends, and rating actions in the market.

Content & Reporting


• Write blogs, research articles, and insights for SMEST platforms and mailers.


• Collaborate with the marketing team for thought-leadership content related to the bond market.


• Support in preparing weekly/monthly research dashboards and data summaries for internal use.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in fixed-income research, credit analysis, or financial reporting (preferable),

• Strong understanding of RBI policy, yield curve dynamics, credit ratings, financial documents, ratios, etc.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases.


• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple research updates simultaneously.
