Amex GBT seeks an innovative AI Solutions Architect at a senior level to drive transformative artificial intelligence strategies and implementations across our global enterprise. Key responsibilities will include Design and implement comprehensive AI/ML solutions. The candidate will be a member of the AI/ML and the Data Science team and will lead efforts around building solutions in the big data, data science, data quality and ML space. An ideal candidate will have a growth-oriented, lean-startup attitude for deploying Data science and Machine Learning solutions The ideal candidate will propose, experiment, implement, and operationalize advanced predictive, preemptive Data Science solutions designed to help traveler, travel-manager, supplier, and client outcomes. This role will span full-scale product, enterprise, and operational data science/AI Solutions. The candidate will have focus and thrive in a hands-on applied role; they will demonstrate a strong penchant for quantitative, collaborative, outcome-oriented solutions-engineering.

What You'll Do

Develop end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning solutions to support business imperatives – internal and external; descriptive and prescriptive.

Be a hands-on guide; partner with business and technology customers to design and implement scalable big data solutions using AI/ML.

Scan and capitalize on new products, platforms, processes, and algorithms which can bolster traveler, supplier, travel manager, travel consultant experience.

Be passionate to develop, teach, learn, operationalize, and scale citizen decision science

What We're Looking For

At least 5 Years Experience preferably with MLOPs and Big data solutions.

Subject matter knowledge in statistics, analytics, big data, data science, machine learning, deep learning, cloud and full stack technologies.

Hands-on experience analyzing large amounts of data to derive actionable insights

Good communication skills and partnerships with technology, product strategy, and data office.

Experience collaborating and influencing senior leaders, business partners across time zones.

Self-starter and autonomous; work with a distributed team and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership

Degree or equivalent experience in statistics, computer science, mathematics, operations research, economics, engineering or information science

A strong portfolio of GitHub, Kaggle, IP contributions.

The candidate is expected to have expertise in MLOPs, Python, Machine Learning, Cloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP), Gen AI, Hive, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab), Docker containerization for Flutter apps and Kubernetes mobile app deployment
