About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for B2B lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, analytical skills, and experience with CRM or lead databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate, clean, and enrich B2B lead data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sharing with the sales or marketing team.
  • Identify and remove duplicate or invalid data entries.
  • Research and verify business information using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
  • Maintain data quality standards and document data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation and marketing teams to improve data quality and targeting.
  • Generate and maintain regular data quality reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business, Data Analytics, or IT).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / data research / data quality analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Familiarity with B2B data tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
