Job description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced
Corporate Trainers
proficient in
Java Full Stack
OR .
NET Full Stack,
OR
MERN/MEAN Stack
to deliver high-quality training sessions for our corporate clients across India.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, stack-specific training programs (Java, .NET, or MERN/MEAN) based on client requirements. Mode of training delivery could be PAN India location. (Working mode will be Hybrid)
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Develop training materials, hands-on labs, and assignments to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to participants throughout the training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in MERN/MEAN stack development and integrate them into training modules.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered by participants during training exercises.
  • Test and evaluate participants' understanding through assessments, project work, and interactive discussions.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to foster participant growth and retention.
  • Offer post-training support to ensure knowledge transfer into workplace applications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of cumulative experience
    in delivering training.
  • Strong foundation in front-end, back-end, and database systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training programs is a significant advantage.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud is a plus.
