Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop and IT solutions sector.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys to assess customer requirements.
  • Explain product features, government solar subsidy schemes, and financing options to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team for documentation, pricing, and project coordination.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in sales/business development (Solar/IT sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to conduct outdoor sales activities, including site visits and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
