Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITAM Specialist for a mid-level position on a contractual basis. This role is open across multiple locations including Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bangalore Urban. The ServiceNow ITAM Specialist will primarily focus on managing IT asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in ServiceNow ITAM with hands-on experience. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong expertise in SaaS License Management, ensuring compliance and optimizing software usage.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Discovery to facilitate effective management of cloud-based assets.
  • Experience in CMDB Integration to maintain accurate and reliable configuration data.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro for managing software assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Competence in Software Asset Management, ensuring inventory quality and licensing compliance.
  • Experience with Hardware Asset Management, ensuring asset availability, quality inventory, and process improvements.
  • Understanding of ITIL Processes, enabling alignment with best practices in IT service management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM functionality to support and improve IT asset management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for asset management challenges.
  • Conduct regular audits and establish controls to ensure compliance with corporate asset management policies.
  • Optimize the use of software and hardware assets to maximize organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Integrate ITAM with other IT management services to ensure seamless operation and alignment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all asset records and maintain the integrity of asset information.
  • Train and support end-users in understanding and operating ServiceNow ITAM functionalities.
