Job Description:
As an Admission Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist prospective students with inquiries about programs and the admission process.
- Provide guidance on application requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their needs and goals.
- Review and evaluate student applications and documents for admission.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure all required materials are submitted on time.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct marketing initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and campus visits to engage potential students.
- Distribute marketing materials like brochures and flyers to attract new applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Stay updated on program offerings and changes in admission policies.
