Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team. You'll play a key role in executing our digital campaigns, managing

performance marketing platforms, supporting SEO/SEM initiatives, and working closely with

the content & design teams, agency partners to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
:

Performance Marketing

  • Assist agency partners in launching and optimizing Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance day-on-day
  • Ensure hygiene checks are done (UTMs, pixels, and analytics) is in place for all campaigns/landing pages

SEO & Website Management

  • Collaborate with SEO agency partners to manage on-page/off-page activities
  • Regularly update and implement different website section basis suggested optimizations using CMS Tool (Strapi)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking to support SEO growth

Content Distribution & Social Media Support

  • Coordinate with content and design teams to publish social media content
  • Collaborate with content team to arrive on a content calendar & ensure go-live

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance dashboards
  • Track website traffic, ad performance, lead quality, and conversion funnels via GA4 and CRM tools (LeadSquared)
  • Maintain campaign documentation for all paid and organic initiatives

Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in creating landing pages & performance marketing collateral
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives as per brand and medical compliance

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and social media tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with LeadSquared, CMS tools
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or wellness space
