About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads through bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write effective proposals and customize them according to client requirements.
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls to understand project needs.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely project closures.
- Maintain records of bids, client communication, and conversion status.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT / digital marketing / software development services.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to draft clear, structured, and persuasive proposals.
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
