About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of IT/business processes. You will be responsible for assisting in lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities through online research and networking.
  • Support in reaching out to new clients via calls, emails, and professional platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements.
  • Learn and apply strategies for lead generation, proposals, and client handling.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, databases, and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 0–6 months of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, or business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
