Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, with proven experience in selling electronic products in a B2B environment. Experience in lithium-ion battery technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, client engagement, technical consultation, and closure
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored product demonstrations
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under deadlines
  • Team management experience is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in lithium-ion battery industry is preferred
