We are currently seeking a Lead Scrum Master Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Guide and coach the Scrum Team in applying Agile and Scrum principles. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery flow. Foster collaboration between Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and team self-organization. Promote Agile alues across the organization. Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile frameworks. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to coach and mentor teams. Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Trello).
