Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

Some of Trianz built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms

Most recently, Trianz and AWS have signed an SCA (Strategic Collaboration Agreement) to work on joint solutions for the cloud; AWS will buy Concierto licences in bulk for AWS partners to use for migrations, and recommend Concierto to their MSPs. About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary
Enterprise Architect
to design and oversee the comprehensive architecture of our clients' IT systems and digital transformation journeys. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive innovation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to create an integrated, scalable, and future-ready technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1.
Architectural Excellence

• Apply architectural best practices to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Develop IT roadmaps and future-state architectures, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting operational excellence.
• Stay current with industry trends such as CI/CD, AI, and cloud migration.

2.
Enterprise Architecture Development

• Design and implement architecture solutions across industries and domains.
• Build relationships with business leaders to drive cloud adoption and digital modernization.
• Create reusable architectural assets—frameworks, playbooks, and templates—for cloud transformation.

3.
Cloud Modernization & Migration

• Lead modernization and migration programs (on-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, hybrid).
• Design robust architectures across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
• Conduct discovery sessions (workshops, questionnaires, immersion days) to assess current-state environments.

4.
Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business and technology leaders to define and meet solution requirements.
• Collaborate with technical architects to maintain consistency across enterprise architecture practices.

5.
Risk and Quality Management

• Analyze existing business applications to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technology implementations.

6.
Continuous Improvement

• Mentor internal teams and promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Identify and implement opportunities for architectural optimization and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks such as
  TOGAF, Zachman
  , or similar.
• Proven experience designing scalable, reliable IT systems using cloud, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards across global industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments is a plus.
• Certifications such as

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  , or equivalent are highly desirable.
