Are you a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer who loves to create amazing user experiences? Do you have the skills and experience to lead the design of innovative and user-friendly digital products? If yes, then we want you to join our team Wild Republic is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help us design and deliver our next-generation products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement the best solutions for our customers and users. You will also mentor and guide junior designers and ensure the quality and consistency of our design standards.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback
  • Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., and InVision) and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Creative Cloud)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • BS/MS in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
