We have an opening for the Profile of BRAND MANAGER

Position: Brand Head

Reporting To: Director

Reporting Location: Kundli, Sonipat

Objectives of the role

• Expand the brand image and market share and improve the overall brand perception in the market

• Increase product sales and brand presence across all Sales verticals Online, International, GT Sales by acting as a brand strategist

• Lead brand campaigns and new product launches by collaborating with teams across different verticals such as sales, marketing, creative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.

• Conduct consumer research and gather insights to understand customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviours

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand recognition, such as brand awareness and loyalty to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including new product development, sales, PPC, inventory and customer service, to ensure integration of brand across the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

• To monitor and review overall Sales Performance thereby measuring Target Vs Achievement of Sales Team Online & GT.

• Lead the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, compositions, and design elements, ensuring consistency across all levels.

• Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events

• Measure the success rate of new products based on Sales & customer feedback.

• Streamline operations to reduce overall costs and improve efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Must be a graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing

    o Must have through industry knowledge in terms of Business Strategy,

    Sales/Marketing & Operations

    o Must have prior experience in Stainless Steel industry into kitchenware, cutlery,

    cookware, Kitchen Appliances

    o Must have In-depth work experience as a leader in Brand Development or

    Business Head
