ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Specialist with some experience in SAP Fieldglass and management of bespoke SaaS applications to join our team. This role will involve assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Fieldglass and other SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with our business goals and strategies, and supporting the adoption of new digital solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• SAP Fieldglass Implementation and Management: You will assist in the implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Your role will include helping to develop and manage the roadmap for SAP Fieldglass functionalities, aligning these with business objectives and user needs. Additionally, you will support the monitoring and maintenance of the SAP Fieldglass platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Management of Other Bespoke SaaS Applications: You will assist in the implementation of various bespoke SaaS solutions, ensuring their smooth integration with existing systems. You will help develop and manage the roadmap for these SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements. Your support will be crucial in monitoring and maintaining the performance of these platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet user expectations.
• Strategic Support and Execution: You will assist in collaborating with senior management to define IS strategies and objectives. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, you will support initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SaaS implementation and management.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: You will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding SAP Fieldglass and other SaaS projects and initiatives. Assisting in communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, you will ensure transparency and alignment. You will support the conduct of training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP Fieldglass and SaaS functionalities and best practices.
• Technical Expertise and Support: You will help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fieldglass and other SaaS applications, providing timely and effective solutions. Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in SaaS technologies, you will incorporate relevant updates into the platforms. You will assist in developing and maintaining documentation for SAP Fieldglass and SaaS processes, configurations, and best practices. Additionally, you will build integrations to other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various platforms.
• Implementation of New Solutions and Digitalization: You will assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new SaaS solutions to enhance business processes. Working with stakeholders, you will promote and integrate new ways of working, leveraging digital tools and technologies. Supporting digitalization initiatives, you will ensure that new solutions align with the company's digital transformation strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions and continuous improvement.
• Consumption Analysis on Usage: You will conduct consumption analysis on the usage of SAP Fieldglass and other SaaS applications to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Collaborating with teams, you will ensure effective utilization of SaaS solutions, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will develop and maintain usage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and recommendations. Assisting in aligning SaaS functionalities with business requirements based on consumption data will be a key part of your role.

Qualifications:

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:

• Master's degree in finance, Information Systems or Data Science with a strong emphasis on analytics.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass and other SaaS applications implementation and management.
• Working knowledge of consumption analysis and usage metrics.
• Familiarity with financial and HR systems and cloud-based data integration tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodology principles and using Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.
• Clear communication skills, capable of mentoring and guiding teams with a focus on financial analytics.
• You are assertive, highly motivated, and capable of leading projects, with the ability to influence outcomes, drive issues to closure, and pursue challenging goals vigorously.
• You possess outstanding group communication skills, capable of leading various forms of discussions and effectively communicating at all levels, from detailed technical briefings to high-level functional summaries.
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial business requirements into technical specifications.
• You have a proven ability to head digital transformation and reporting projects, this can be demonstrated by a portfolio of successful, impactful projects and you exhibit proficient data management skills, showcasing your ability to organize, store, and safeguard data effectively while ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and reliability for strategic decision-making.
