Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for functional & regression, preferably python technologies
  • Integrating automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Collaborating with software developers and quality assurance engineers to identify test cases and automate test scenarios
  • Executing automated tests and analysing test results to identify defects and regressions
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues identified during automated testing
  • Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports
  • Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code
  • Keeping up to date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques in the Python ecosystem
  • Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization

Skills and Qualifications

  • BTECH or any Post Graduation
  • 5+ years of commercial software QA testing experience required
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, Pytest framework, Pycharm
  • Attention to detail, process and logical flow for an application
  • Must show a high technical acumen and a creative mindset
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to quickly learn, a must
  • Strong problem solving skills, think like an end user
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
