Key Responsibilities:
A. As Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using the PHP Laravel framework, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability..
- Manage MySQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data storage solutions that support application performance.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between internal and external systems, enhancing the application ecosystem.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including senior developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Utilize Git for version control, ensuring collaborative development, code review, and seamless integration of new features.
- Implement security best practices throughout the application development lifecycle to safeguard sensitive data and ensure web applications comply with security protocols.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of code, processes, and system configurations to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
- Engage with clients, either directly or indirectly, to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live applications, addressing technical problems reported by clients or users, and ensuring the smooth operation of production systems.
B. As Product Manager
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Create and manage user stories, feature specifications, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver features on time.
- Drive sprint planning, product backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in agile environments.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
