Corporate Manager

Job Summary:
The Corporate Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to drive fleet and institutional vehicle sales. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new corporate clients for bulk and institutional vehicle sales.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate customers and fleet owners.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms with corporate clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
- Account Management
Handle end-to-end corporate account management — from enquiry to delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics, service) to ensure smooth transactions.
Ensure timely renewal and retention of corporate accounts.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
Monitor competitor activities and prepare strategic plans to increase market share.
Identify emerging corporate sectors and develop approaches to tap potential clients.
Provide inputs to management on product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with OEM (manufacturer) corporate teams for offers, bulk deals, and fleet programs.
Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, client engagement, and revenue.
Assist management in forecasting, budgeting, and planning corporate sales growth.
- Customer Relationship & Brand Representation
Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Promote value-added services such as AMCs, accessories, and finance options.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
5–10 years of experience in corporate or fleet sales, preferably in the automobile sector.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and automotive industry dynamics.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Relationship management and client-handling abilities.
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of corporate sales targets.
Number of new corporate clients acquired.
Client retention and satisfaction scores.
Revenue contribution from corporate segment.
