We're looking for
product designers
who thrive at the intersection of
systems thinking, AI, and human-centered design -
not just crafting interfaces, but creating
experiences that scale to millions and drive measurable impact
.

India's $44B devotion economy is still largely offline - we're bringing structure, accessibility, and meaning to this massive market through design and technology.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of product design experience
     (consumer tech/gaming startups preferred)
  • Portfolio showcasing 
    web + mobile design systems
     and 
    user-first problem solving
  • Data-driven and metric-oriented
    : able to connect design decisions with engagement, conversion, and retention outcomes
  • Proficiency in 
    Figma
     (primary)
  • Strong grasp of 
    typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design
  • AI-fluent
    : actively experimenting with tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Claude
  • Strong 
    presentation & collaboration skills
     with PMs, engineers, and marketers
  • Background from 
    NIFT, NID, Srishti, Pune design colleges, or similar
     (preferred)
