Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Payroll configuration and processing, HCM Extracts, and experience with Integrations or Connectors. The consultant will work closely with HR and technical teams to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll processes and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Payroll functionalities.
  • Design and develop HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations.
  • Work on Integrations/Connectors to ensure smooth data exchange between Payroll and external systems (finance, time & attendance, benefits, etc.).
  • Support Payroll cycle activities including calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and troubleshoot interfaces, fast formulas, and extensions.
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT, and assist with production deployment.
  • Provide end-user training and functional documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 13 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

  • Hands-on expertise in:

  • Payroll (Mandatory)

  • HCM Extracts (Mandatory)

  • Any Integration or Connectors (Mandatory e.g., Payroll Interface, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, PBL, or OTBI integrations)

  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, rules, and statutory requirements.

  • Experience in end-to-end Payroll implementation and support.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Fast Formulas in Payroll.
  • Exposure to Absence/OTL integration with Payroll.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.Role & responsibilities
