Role: Team Lead - International Voice - Technical Support

Exp : 5 + Yrs

Location : Ambit IT park, Ambattur

Shifts : Flexible to Work in US Shift

Graduation is mandate
Need excellent communication in English
Should have handled a team of 10 to 15+ people
Must be aware of shrinkage, attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT
Must have fair understanding of presenting MBR, QBR and WBR
Must be from BPO industry
