Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the financial operations of Mehmanghar Stays and is responsible for financial planning, strategy, and analysis to ensure the company's long-term growth and stability. Daily responsibilities include managing financial statements, overseeing budgets, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and financial best practices. The CFO will lead financial reporting processes, analyze key financial data, and provide insights to guide executive decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of Finance-related principles and policies
  • Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Proven experience in strategic financial management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • CPA, CFA, or similar financial certification is preferred
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus
