As a Maximo Systems Developer/Analyst, your contributions will directly enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our IBM Maximo environment.

What Youll Be Doing :

Youll play a key role in shaping and evolving our Maximo ecosystem by :

- Customizing and configuring Maximo applications, workflows, and business rules to meet dynamic business needs.

- Integrating Maximo with enterprise platforms like ERP, SCADA, and GIS using REST APIs or the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).

- Diagnosing and resolving system issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

- Automating processes through scripting ( JavaScript, Python) to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Collaborating on upgrades and patching, working closely with infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and modern environment.

Youll thrive in this role if you bring :

- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher).

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, or Python.

- Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST APIs.

- Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.

- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
