As a HIS Supervisor Product Development (Solventum) Focused On a New Data Platform That Is Developed And Deployed Using Native AWS Services (e.g., AWS QuickSight, AWS Glue & Athena), You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Leading by providing direct technical supervision of assigned staff and teams, which includes hiring, establishing and tracking goals/objectives, agile team assignments, training and mentoring, and facilitating performance reviews
• Implementing enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of three (5) combined years of supervisor, team leadership and/or architect experience
• Minimum of seven (7) combined years of business intelligence, software application and/or database development experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience leading and developing Business Intelligence platforms with AWS QuickSight, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, etc
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience leading a development team during all phases, from design to final delivery
• Experience leading on-site, hybrid and remote teams
• Ability to meet timelines set in project plans and produce a high-quality product
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with web service and web application development (REST, JavaScript/Angular)
