Manager-BD-Relay Specialist

Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Field Services team as Manager – BD (Relay Specialist). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical products and critical power systems, with a proven ability to deliver consultative solutions in modernization, digital monitoring, and spare parts replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive consultative selling through the FS core sales force by designing tailored Relay solutions for end users.
• Develop segment-specific strategies considering climatic conditions and customer needs.
• Identify customer pain points and promote appropriate technical solutions.
• Support the national sales team with customer training, technical presentations, and solution design.
• Select appropriate offers based on customer business nature and market dynamics.
• Maintain strong market awareness including competitor landscape, pricing, and trends.
• Analyze business potential and align offers to strategic customer segments.

• Internal: Services, Sales, Tendering, Execution teams
• External: End-User Customers

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 8–14 years of experience in services and technical sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Influencing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships.
