We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, employee development, HR policy management, and HR systems management. This role will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including compensation and benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support business goals. The HR Manager will also play a key role in developing HR processes, updating policies, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all levels, while also developing employee training and development programs to foster internal growth.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company values.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee HR systems, ensuring the smooth operation and integration of systems for payroll, performance management, and employee records.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Ensure accurate, up-to-date employee records are maintained and manage HR data, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll functions, benefits administration, and compensation planning to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- HR Business Partner (HRBP): Work closely with leadership teams and other departments to advise and support strategic HR decisions. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in areas such as organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, handling employee relations issues, grievances, and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR internship role.
- Strategic HR Knowledge: Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and effectively manage teams.
- HR Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and tools, ensuring efficient processes in payroll, performance management, and employee record-keeping.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Extensive experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, with a strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: In-depth knowledge of compensation strategies, benefits administration, and payroll management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex HR matters clearly to both senior leadership and employees.
Desirable:
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) would be a plus.
- Experience with talent management systems and data analytics.
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- MBA or PGDM in HR
