Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
iOS Lead Developer
to spearhead the development of enterprise-grade mobile applications. This role involves building scalable, high-performance solutions for
multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-brand environments
, while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in
Swift
and iOS frameworks with proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Application Design & Development

  • Prototype, design, and develop iOS solutions with support for multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-brand integrations.
  • Translate ideas and high-level specifications into innovative mobile application solutions.
  • Build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using iOS best practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and end users to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams including architecture, backend integration, UX, visual design, and QA.
  • Ensure consistent communication with leadership and team members to align on strategy, priorities, and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement & Standards

  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with product owners to create multi-generation software technology roadmaps.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years
    of experience in iOS software product development and delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Swift
    , with a track record of developing scalable applications.
  • 4+ years
    of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or XP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Proven expertise in building enterprise applications on iOS.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
    ,
    software design patterns
    , and full-stack coding principles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    source version control
    ,
    unit testing

    MVVM architecture

    , and native iOS components.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and design patterns in mobile app development.
