Mobile Development Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Development Team Lead to join our innovative tech solutions team. As the lead, you will oversee the development of mobile applications across platforms (iOS and Android), ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams of mobile developers and managing project timelines and deliverables. They will be proficient in native (iOS/Android) and/or hybrid mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, or Dart.

A strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices is essential for this role. Additionally, experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of mobile security protocols, analytics tools, and performance optimization techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mobile developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying native and/or hybrid mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality and performance.
Requirements:
  • MCA/BCA Degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of mobile developers and managing project timelines and deliverables.
