About the Opportunity

At Gray Matrix, design isn't decoration — it's direction.

We're not looking for people who "make things pretty." We're looking for those who build clarity, meaning, and magic — pixel by pixel, frame by frame.

You'll be crafting brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that feels as good as it looks. Whether it's a carousel, a dashboard, or a cinematic UI intro — you'll shape how people see and feel the product.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong portfolio across UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and product interfaces
  • Ability to create from scratch — from user journeys and wireframes to final high-fidelity screens
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie
  • Understanding of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts
Bonus Points
  • Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products
  • Storyboarding or video editing capabilities
  • Exposure to working closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams
  • Strong grasp of current trends — and how to evolve beyond them
