Facility Coordinator

Role & responsibilities
Oversee the upkeep and smooth functioning of campus facilities such as lecture halls, laboratories, library, medical clinics/hospitals, hostels, cafeterias, and sports areas.
- Liaise with department heads, academic staff, and hospital administration to address facility needs and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
- Monitor utilities, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems for uninterrupted operation.
- Supervise repair works, renovations, and refurbishments to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards as mandated by university policies and local regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment warranties, contracts, and service agreements.
- MIS Preparation and reports generation
- Provide administrative and operational support for campus events, seminars, conferences, and medical outreach programs.
- Prior experience in facilities management, preferably in educational or healthcare institutions is preferred

- Ability to do multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
