Role & responsibilities

Oversee the upkeep and smooth functioning of campus facilities such as lecture halls, laboratories, library, medical clinics/hospitals, hostels, cafeterias, and sports areas.

  • Liaise with department heads, academic staff, and hospital administration to address facility needs and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
  • Monitor utilities, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems for uninterrupted operation.
  • Supervise repair works, renovations, and refurbishments to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards as mandated by university policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment warranties, contracts, and service agreements.
  • MIS Preparation and reports generation
  • Provide administrative and operational support for campus events, seminars, conferences, and medical outreach programs.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, preferably in educational or healthcare institutions is preferred
