**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:
Material Handling & Documentation
- Physically check, verify quantity, and unload incoming RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and R&D consignments.
- Prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report) and related documentation.
- Label all incoming materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled).
- Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports.

️ Storage & Segregation
- Store materials in quarantine and arrange for inspection and clearance.
- Segregate and store rejected materials in designated areas.

Compliance & Record-Keeping
- Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety protocols.
- Keep controlled substance registers (e.g., Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride).
- Forward GRRs, invoices, and tax forms to relevant departments (Accounts, Excise).

Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for rejected goods return and DTA sales.
- Assist in loading spent solvents/scrap.
- Serve as backup for Assistant Officer Warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department in-charge.
