Material Handler

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Material Handling & Documentation Physically check, verify quantity, and unload incoming RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and R&D consignments. Prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report) and related documentation. Label all incoming materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled). Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports. ️ Storage & Segregation Store materials in quarantine and arrange for inspection and clearance. Segregate and store rejected materials in designated areas. Compliance & Record-Keeping Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety protocols. Keep controlled substance registers (e.g., Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride). Forward GRRs, invoices, and tax forms to relevant departments (Accounts, Excise). Coordination & Support Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for rejected goods return and DTA sales. Assist in loading spent solvents/scrap. Serve as backup for Assistant Officer Warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned by the department in-charge. ️ Key Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse procedures Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Safety compliance Documentation and record-keeping QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:  Education:  Any graduate.
