Role Purpose

The HRSS Lead ensures efficient HR processes, manages personnel records, handles payroll

and benefits administration, and supports HR-related queries. The role involves working

closely with internal HR teams and other departments to streamline operations and enhance

the employee experience.

Key Result Areas













HR Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the HR Shared

Services team to ensure effective service delivery.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows,

systems, and employee satisfaction.

Data Management: Maintain secure and accurate employee records in compliance

with data protection regulations.

Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing and benefits enrollment to ensure

accurate and timely administration.

Employee Support: Assist employees and managers with policy interpretation,

benefits, and payroll issues.

Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic

planning and decision-making.





Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and employment laws.

Collaboration: Partner with Payroll, Recruiting, and other internal HR teams to

improve service delivery.

Desired Skills and Competencies

Education and Experience





Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HR operations or shared services, including at

least 2 years in a Team Lead role.
