Job Title: Senior Software Developer (.NET + SQL)

Location: Chennai (Hybrid Work Mode)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 Days

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production systems while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in production systems and applications.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize C# and SQL Server-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical improvements.
  • Design and build modern APIs using C# and .NET Core.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Provide technical support and work closely with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation related to production systems and workflows.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when required.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core (3.0 and above), and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in software development and testing life cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and production monitoring skills.
  • Experience developing and debugging complex SQL database structures.
  • Solid understanding of API development, integration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Blazor and Azure Pipelines.
  • Exposure to Azure-hosted solutions.
  • Understanding of HL7 data standards and Healthcare/RCM domains.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in C#, SQL Server, and Azure-based development.
  • Experience with healthcare or RCM systems will be an added advantage.
