Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer B3 will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. With a focus on AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC and JavaScript the role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The position is hybrid offering a blend of remote and on-site work and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust and scalable software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AWS-based cloud solutions that enhance system performance.
  • Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database operations ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
  • Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and aligned with company standards and policies.
  • Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in AWS demonstrating the ability to design and deploy cloud-based solutions.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL and mySQL with a proven track record of managing complex databases.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC with a focus on building scalable applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of JavaScript and its application in creating interactive user interfaces.
  • Show experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
